The Academy of Management has two approved versions of its logo, one horizontal and one vertical. Both appear below as a reference. The AOM logo may be used by Division and Interest Groups to show affiliation and with written intent of use from other parties. If there are any questions about the logo, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT VERSIONS OF THE LOGO EXIST?
There are both a vertical and horizontal version of the logo. Each of these is shown below. In addition, there are versions in black & white and knock out (sometimes called KO or reverse) for both color and black & white. There are a variety of file types available to suit the project need. There are EPS, TIFF and PDF files, which are suitable for sending to a printer. There are also JPG and PNG files which are suitable for use on a website.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE LOGO?
All versions of the logo may be obtaining by contacting the Communications & Marketing Team, and the versions below can be downloaded here.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS LOGO?
The easiest way to see if you are using an out of date logo is to look at the distribution of words on each line. The current logo places "Academy of" on one line with "Management" on the next line. (The previous logo included "Academy" on one line with "of Management" on the next. Versions before that included everything on one line as well as a different color.)
WHAT COLOR SHOULD BE USED?
For printing purposes, the blue is Pantone 2945 (Coated) or Pantone 301 (Uncoated). For website purposes, the hex value is #0054A0. There is a text file available with the logos which contains this information.
